I had a lovely 14k yellow gold bezel setting custom made for this 1.1ct black diamond heart, and then soldered a gold and diamond Victorian crown stick pin on top for added effect.
The heart is a natural/untreated rose cut black diamond (salt and pepper) measuring apprx. 7.68mm x 8.35mm. Ring size 6.
