There's just something about the fine detail in these antique pieces that modern jewelry doesn't touch. The face and feet and texture of this 14k yellow gold kitten brooch are unmistakeably Victorian. I soldered it to a 14k yellow gold band to convert it into a ring. Kitten measures 1/2" x 6/8", ring size 8.75. In good condition other than his little tail, which seems to have be lobbed off to a stump.
